Saloon featuring ‘U’shaped settee with Teak-table to port, Lockers and bookshelves both sides. Seat/ berth to starboard. Lots of lockers and storage space.
Galley to port featuring “ICEMASTER” refrigeration on modern non CFC refrigerant (2004) for when you are a sea, plus a 12v/240v Danfoss for in the marina or on generator.
“Force Ten” gas stove with 3 flames and oven and grill.

MOTOR:
Yanmar 4JH-HTE Turbo diesel four cylinder 66hp/46Kw direct injection diesel engine with turbo charger and fresh water-cooling. Regularly serviced, fuel filter changed ever 200 hours usage, oil and oil filter changed ever 100 hours usage, engine hours 4000 new engine mounts 2003.

Propeller: Bronze, three-blade fixed 22*14, 6.5 knots

Fuel filter on engine, preliminary water and contaminant fuel filters and cross feed filter ensures that the engine never gets contaminated fuel. Fuel treated every fill up with Bactericide.
Fuel topped up in Starboard tank and electrically cross-pumped through Filter to Port tank. That feeds engine through a preliminary and then engine mounted filter.

Water: app. 800 litres in 2x SS-tanks, and a plastic bow tank, renewed 2003
Fuel: app. 400 litres in 2x SS-tanks
Holding tank: app. 70 ltr in SS-tank with 3-way valve on fwd head

Folding fisherman 18kg bagged on fore deck. For those rocky spots. Shackle to main bower.
Stern anchor This is 25 M of 20 mm anchor plait with 5M of chain. The Stern anchor is a 27kg CQR
1x electric Anchor winch, GDI 600 with chain gypsy and rope drum.
Remote control in cockpit for solo use.

REMARKS:
s/y FELIX II is in perfect condition and well maintained. She has cruised the Mediterranean and been stored on the hard all winter except for the two years when she was the home of the present owners.
During the winter and spring 2003/4, Felix II has been refitted by an experienced British yard. In January 2004 she was fitted with a new mast and boom, staysail boom and spinnaker pole.
