Isuzu engine perfectly running and rebuilt about 400 hour ago, engine checks (oil filters etc every 100 hours since).
Crosby water cooled refrigerator , not new but fantastic,

Lofran 1200 Windlass (4 years old)
Many sails but main and jib quite used, mizzan, very good,
Teak deck in good condition, solid, no leaks , no one, some screws slighty visible,
Rudders system perfect,
Masts in good condition (some paint work to be done)
Hull in perfect condition. No osmosis (tecnical survey done 3 years ago),

log , wind instruments etc.
The previous owner has been living on the boat for 4 years and he has loved her as she deserved (!)
